3D NLS method. Scanning was performed using a Metatron Hunter 4025 with a software program that allows visualization of all bones, surrounding soft tissue and lymph nodes. The NLS study begins with a systemic assessment and continues with a detailed assessment of the following body regions: head and neck; trunk and proximal shoulders; pelvis and proximal femur. The study protocol for each anatomical section included the following data: large-scale NLS scans in 3D in 3 mutually transverse planes; ultramicroscan patterns in the region of interest analyzed with spectral entropy. The total time required for the study is approximately 30 minutes.

Within 2 h after intravenous injection of 740 Mbk 99mTs-Technephore, bone scans of the skeletal system were performed in anterior and posterior views using a dual-detector gamma camera according to standard methods.
